Contract Made To Establish a New Joint Company in China

4 companies -- TIAC C&C (USA), Servertek (Korea), ASM and BVSTD (China) -- agreed to establish a joint company in Beijing, China on July 24, 2001.

This new company will start with US$150,000 initial capital and will invite other venture capitals and potential buyers in the near future. Software license of Hermes will be granted to the new company by TIAC C&C and Servertek, and the new company will hold an exclusive right to distribute Hermes in China.
